Sheila Chang, CPA

Sheila Chang, CPA, joined Frendel Brown & Weissman as an Audit Director in August 2025, bringing over 15 years of public accounting experience. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including real estate, real estate funds, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and other commercial sectors. Sheila has led complex engagements involving business combinations, group audits, and technically challenging accounting issues, drawing on her background at firms such as Citrin Cooperman, UHY, and CohnReznick.

Sheila provides audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedure services, tailoring each engagement to meet the unique needs of her clients. She also oversaw quality control during her tenure at a boutique firm in New York City, reinforcing her commitment to technical excellence. Sheila is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
